Since joining the recruiting industry in 2007 Steve has managed over 1200 custom engagements, been involved in over 2000 interview processes, and impacted over $20M in salary negotiations. Throughout his collegiate and professional career, Steve has been accustom to being part of organizations that expect to be the best and hold themselves to above average standards.

Steve is a 2005 graduate from the University of Dayton where he played 4 years of NCAA Football. Today he resides in Northeast Ohio with his wife and 6 children.
